Heritage Interpreter volunteer program
Heritage Interpreter volunteers lead tours at historic Dublin parks on weekends.
The Heritage Interpreter volunteer program invites history enthusiasts to share Dublin’s past with the community by leading tours and hosting open houses at historic parks on weekends during the summer and fall. Volunteers receive training, both virtual and in-person, to prepare for their roles, with sessions beginning in early 2025. This program offers an opportunity to connect with others who appreciate local heritage while contributing to educational experiences for residents and visitors. Those interested can express their participation by contacting the Outreach & Engagement Coordinator, Sarah Esala, or attending an upcoming open house at Ferris-Wright Park & Earthworks.
