The Giving Garden
The Giving Garden
The Giving Garden is a volunteer-run community garden located next to the Dublin Development Building on the grounds of the Historic Coffman Homestead in Dublin. The garden features eight beds that produce fresh vegetables and herbs, all tended by City of Dublin volunteers. Its purpose is to grow nutrient-rich produce for clients of the Dublin Food Pantry, providing a win-win-win for a piece of public land being put to great use for those who need a fresh, healthy dose of goodness. Planting typically takes place in mid-May, and the garden requires care through October. Volunteers interested in helping with the 2025 season can email [email protected]. The Giving Garden is one of many ways the City of Dublin encourages residents to give back to the community, supporting local food security while fostering connection and service.
