Santa Monica Bay Chess Club

Santa Monica Bay Chess Club offers classic weekly chess sessions in Los Angeles.

Santa Monica Bay Chess Club is one of the oldest active chess clubs in Los Angeles County, offering a steady weekly lineup of games for players of all levels. Known for its traditional and community-oriented atmosphere, the club provides a reliable space for longer, structured games and USCF-rated play. Its Tuesday-night sessions attract a mix of beginners, families, and experienced players seeking consistent, old-school chess without the bustle of trendy pop-up events.
