Self-Realization Fellowship Hollywood Temple in Los Angeles offers meditation and spiritual services.

Self-Realization Fellowship Hollywood Temple, established in 1942 by Paramahansa Yogananda, serves as an active center for meditation and spiritual practice in Los Angeles. As a branch of the Self-Realization Fellowship, the temple carries on the humanitarian and spiritual work of its founder, Paramahansa Yogananda, who is recognized as a great emissary of India's ancient wisdom to the West. The temple grounds include serene areas for meditation, a Bookroom, a gift shop, and India Hall, a two-level center for temple activities. Services are led by monastics on Sunday mornings, with member-led group meditations on Friday and Sunday evenings. Everyone is welcome to attend, and guests can learn more about the services on the Description of Services page. After Sunday morning services, SRF members are available outside the Temple under a blue umbrella to answer questions. The temple remains a place where souls commune with God, offering teachings on meditation techniques and how-to-live principles. Visitors can explore the grounds, browse the Bookroom, or request a guided tour by submitting their information. For those wishing to learn more about the founder's Kriya Yoga teachings, the timeless work Autobiography of a Yogi is available in the Bookroom, through SRF's online Bookstore, and in many public libraries.
