The Craft in America Center Craft Circle in Los Angeles offers free, small-group crafting sessions for all ages.

The Craft in America Center in Los Angeles is launching a recurring Craft Circle gathering designed for community makers of all ages. These sessions provide a welcoming space to work on small, hand-held projects together while engaging in meaningful conversation. Each gathering begins with a specific prompt intended to spark discussion and inspire creative making. Participants are also provided with a curated selection of craft and art books and periodicals to serve as additional sources of inspiration for their projects. Attendees are encouraged to bring a personal note or sketchbook to document their ideas and progress throughout the session. To ensure the comfort of all participants, organizers request that attendees bring relatively mess-free projects that do not require extensive cleanup or the use of water. The events are free of charge and open to everyone. Due to the intimate nature of the gathering, there is a strict maximum participant limit of ten people per session. The Craft Circle aims to foster a supportive environment where individuals can explore their creative potential alongside others in the Los Angeles community.
