San Jose Symphonic Choir is a local volunteer ensemble performing large choral works in San Jose.
The San Jose Symphonic Choir is a community group composed of local volunteer singers dedicated to presenting a series of concerts annually. These performances bring to life large choral works, encompassing both old and new compositions that typically require orchestral accompaniment. The group is driven by the inspiration and energy found in performing fabulous pieces of music for the community. They believe that the act of performing galvanizes and rejuvenates the singers, and they hope that their audiences are similarly lifted up and moved by experiencing the magic of a live choral concert. Currently, the choir is scheduled to perform on Make Music Day on June 21, 2026, at the Stone Church of Willow Glen, located at 1937 Lincoln Avenue. This event will take place from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM and is accessible, with performances held rain or shine.
