Northwest Voices is a boys' choir in Tucson offering multiple levels for children and teens.
Northwest Voices is a boys' choir serving Tucson, Arizona, with programs designed for children from first through fifth grade, as well as a high school and college-age ensemble known as the Tucson Arizona Young Men's Ensemble (TAYME). The organization operates multiple distinct choruses including the Touring Chorus for fifth to eighth graders, Towne Singers for fourth to eighth graders, the Cadet Choir for first to third graders, and Northwest Voices itself. All groups perform at local concerts, including the annual Holiday Concert in December and the Pops Concert in May, while the Touring Chorus also undertakes major regional and international tours. Rehearsals are scheduled from August through mid-May at various locations, primarily 5770 E Pima St for most groups, with Northwest Voices meeting at St. Mark's United Methodist Church at 1431 W Magee Rd. The choir also partners with Vesey and Prince Elementary to provide free after-school programs on-site, aiming to bring choral music education to local schools without requiring placement.
