The Adult Choir at Galilee in Virginia Beach shares sacred music for services.

At Galilee in Virginia Beach, sacred music plays an essential role in the liturgical and spiritual life of the church by raising hearts and minds to God and deepening the connection with the Divine. The Adult Choir is an integral part of this music ministry, offering an opportunity to serve, learn, and participate in something meaningful. Composed of both volunteers and trained professionals, the choir sings for the 11:00 am service each Sunday as well as several special services throughout the year, including Compline, Evensong, All Souls Requiem, and Lessons and Carols. On occasion, the group also combines forces with other choirs to share their musical gifts with surrounding churches. Rehearsals for the Adult Choir take place on Thursday evenings from September through May, as well as on Sunday mornings. Those interested in joining can reach out to the Organist and Choirmaster, Mary Dolch, for more information.
