Beichen OPC Community in Beijing supports AI, data, and exhibition entrepreneurship.

The Beichen OPC Community is a specialized entrepreneurship hub established by the Chaoyang District Government of Beijing to foster the development of One Person Companies (OPCs). As part of the district's first batch of 11 OPC communities unveiled on May 15, 2026, the Beichen community focuses on directions including artificial intelligence, data elements, and exhibitions. It aims to build a comprehensive ecosystem that integrates space, technology, application scenarios, orders, capital, and services. Alongside other communities such as O-Hub, the Xingdi Open Source Entrepreneurship Community, and the Zhongguancun Industrial AI Park, Beichen contributes to the formation of a district-wide network designed for technical exchange, resource connection, project incubation, and talent cultivation. The community operates within the broader 'AI + One Person Company' industry framework, supporting super individuals through the district's newly proposed Super Individual Connectivity Network (SICN). This network facilitates resource linking, business cooperation, and brand marketing to help entrepreneurs overcome limitations in market and business capabilities. The Beichen OPC Community, together with the district's Full-Element Operation Service Platform and supportive policies, plays a key role in driving the transition from single-entity entrepreneurship to networked collaboration and establishing a new ecosystem for innovative development in the region.
