Bigao Donglang AI Film and Television Industrial Park, a One Person Company community in Beijing Chaoyang District.

The Bigao Donglang AI Film and Television Industrial Park is a specialized entrepreneurship community located in Beijing's Chaoyang District, officially selected as part of the first batch of 11 One Person Company (OPC) communities established by the district. As a key node in the Chaoyang District OPC Community Matrix, this park focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and the film and television industry, contributing to the district's broader strategy of supporting the 'AI + One Person Company' sector. Alongside other distinctive communities such as O-Hub and the Xingdi Open Source Entrepreneurship Community, Bigao Donglang serves as an industrial agglomeration zone designed to foster technical exchange, resource connection, project incubation, and talent cultivation. The park operates within the framework of Chaoyang District's newly announced support policies, which aim to provide full-chain services including specialized cluster construction, production tool platform support, and access to computing power and data resources. By participating in the district's Super Individual Connectivity Network (SICN), the park helps drive the transition of individual entrepreneurs from single-entity operations to networked collaboration, offering a dedicated environment for small and medium-sized AI enterprises focused on digital audio-visual creation and related applications.
