Wangjing Technology OPC Intelligent Creation Community in Beijing Chaoyang District, focusing on AI applications and open-source ecosystems.

The Wangjing Technology · OPC Intelligent Creation Community is a regional open-source ecosystem hub established as part of the Chaoyang District, Beijing, OPC Community Matrix. Launched alongside the first batch of 11 OPC communities in May 2026, this community positions itself as a dedicated space for small and medium-sized AI enterprises, providing office environments and fostering regional collaboration. The community focuses on key application directions including Conversational AI, AI Comic Drama, and AI + Education, serving as a critical node in the district's broader 'AI + One Person Company' industry support system. As part of the Chaoyang District's initiative to build a Super Individual Connectivity Network (SICN), the community aims to facilitate resource linking, business cooperation, and brand marketing for super individuals and OPCs. It operates within a full-chain support framework that includes technical exchange, project incubation, and talent cultivation, contributing to the district's goal of driving the development of OPCs from single-entity entrepreneurship towards networked collaboration. The community works in tandem with the Full-Element Operation Service Platform and other specialized clusters, such as the O-Hub innovation community and the Xingdi OPC Open Source Entrepreneurship Community, to create a comprehensive ecosystem for digital human base technologies and AI-native application development.
