Xingdi OPC Open Source Entrepreneurship Community in Chaoyang, Beijing, supporting AI and AIGC startups.

The Xingdi (Chaoyang) OPC Open Source Entrepreneurship Community is a specialized entrepreneurship initiative established by Chaoyang District, Beijing, designed to foster the growth of One Person Companies (OPCs) within the artificial intelligence era. As part of the district's first batch of 11 OPC communities unveiled on May 15, 2026, this community positions itself as a 'computing power + tools dual-benefit type' open-source hub. Its primary focus lies in the AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) domain, specifically targeting Vibe Coding and AI-driven interactive content creation. The community operates within the broader 'AI + One Person Company' industry framework, which Chaoyang District aims to develop through a networked collaboration system known as SICN (Super Individual Connectivity Network). By integrating with the district's Full-Element Operation Service Platform and specialized policies, the Xingdi community provides essential services including technical exchange, resource connection, project incubation, and talent cultivation. It serves as a critical node in the district-wide entrepreneurship agglomeration network, aiming to help individual entrepreneurs overcome market and business capability limitations through resource linking and brand marketing support. The community contributes to building a new ecosystem for super individuals, driving development from single-entity entrepreneurship toward networked collaboration, while leveraging local operational resources to create an environment conducive to innovation in the AIGC landscape.
