The Youth Entrepreneurship Village OPC Community in Fengtai District, Beijing, is a community project designed for young entrepreneurs, combining business incubation with living functions. Located at Jijiamiao Station on Subway Line 10, the OPC Community officially opened on March 20, 2026, launching an 'AI Empowerment + Full-Chain Services + Ecosystem Aggregation' model. It offers 200 free startup workstations and has already brought together more than 2,800 young talents. The initiative is part of a broader five-park system in Yuquanying Subdistrict that forms a gradient support structure from incubation to acceleration and industrialization. The area provides extensive government services including company registration, legal consultation, and housing security, alongside entrepreneurship support such as mentorship, document processing, and access to investment opportunities. Entrepreneurs can utilize shared resources like AI digital employee demonstration spaces with low-cost large model access, 3D printing, and CNC machine tools. The community also features communication platforms with over 5,000 users, a topmaker Cafe for networking, and stages for exchange activities. Financial support includes up to three years of rent-free space for quality enterprises and computing power subsidies ranging from 20% to 30% of investment costs. The project aims to build a demonstration highland serving as a source of new quality productive forces by 2035.
