Grace Baptist Church Cairo is an English-speaking congregation in the heart of Cairo, dedicated to living out faith through worship, community, and Bible-based teachings. We believe that God's grace is freely given and that trusting in Jesus Christ brings new life and a sure hope of heaven. As Baptist followers, we identify with Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection, and we are immersed in water as a symbol of our trust in Christ's finished work. We are added to God's people, the local church, where we learn, worship, pray, and support one another in living by what Christ has taught in the Bible. Our services take place every Friday night at 6pm at St Andrews Centre, 38 July 26 Street, Downtown, Cairo, near Nasser Metro. Our meetings are informal and simple, perfect for exploring and growing in the Christian faith. We believe the Bible is God's word and that the London Baptist Confession of 1689 is a good summary of its teachings. We welcome all who seek to know more about our beliefs and are happy to explain them in more detail.
