Weekly Friday Chess Night in Chicago for all skill levels.

Join us for a weekly Friday Chess Night in Chicago, offering free and casual chess for participants of all skill levels, from beginners to grandmasters. The event takes place upstairs, where you are welcome to walk in and look for someone to play, though a check-in is not required. We encourage you to bring your best game to the table. While attendance is open to everyone, it is highly recommended that you RSVP on Meetup so we can get an accurate headcount. This relaxed environment is designed for friendly matches and social interaction, making it an ideal spot for chess enthusiasts to connect and compete without pressure. Whether you are looking for a quick match or a longer session, our group welcomes you to drop by and enjoy the game. Please remember to bring your equipment, and we look forward to seeing you there on Friday nights for this community-focused gathering.
