Children's Community Chorus (CCC)

An inclusive, non-auditioned children's choir for Grades 4-6 in Lexington.

The Children’s Community Chorus (CCC) is an inclusive and non-auditioned chorus based in Lexington, welcoming students in Grades 4 and 5, as well as 6th graders who were enrolled during the 2025-2026 season. Led by Director Ms. Angela Carpenter, the chorus provides a wonderful opportunity for excited singers of all skill levels to come together and share in the joy of making music as a community. Residency in Lexington is not required to join. During weekly rehearsals on Thursdays at Pilgrim Church, singers collaborate to develop their skills in choral music reading, listening, and singing. The group performs Winter and Spring concerts, an annual Winter Concert for the residents of Brookhaven at Lexington, and has previously participated in community events such as CAAL's Lunar New Year Gala, the LexSeeHer Monument Dedication Ceremony, and the Master Singers of Lexington Pops Concert. Registration includes a t-shirt and covers the full session schedule.
