Crescent Park Greyhound Walk & Meetup in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

The Crescent Park Greyhound Walk & Meetup is a social gathering for greyhounds and their owners across the Los Angeles region, featuring multiple weekly meetups at various parks and libraries. Groups convene on Saturdays at Playa Vista's Crescent Park, Sundays at Torrance's Charles H. Wilson Park and Huntington Beach's Central Park Library, and on the first Sunday of each month in Claremont. Additional events include weekend walks at Long Beach's El Dorado East Regional Park (with a $7 entry fee), Saturday morning sessions at Orange's Eisenhower Park, Friday evening alternating walks between San Clemente and Dana Point, Wednesday evenings in Irvine's Woodbridge North Lake, Friday morning walks in Pasadena's Victory Park, Sunday lagoon walks in Alameda's Leydecker Park, and Tuesday evening meetings at Ventura Community Park. Some locations require advance contact for first-time joiners or have specific seasonal timing adjustments, while others offer free parking and designated meeting spots near entrances or parking lots. The community emphasizes a leisurely pace with frequent stops for stories and laughter, though participants should be aware of specific venue rules, such as entry fees or parking restrictions at certain locations.
