LA Jug Study Group is a free tech forum for software developers in Los Angeles.

The LA Jug Study Group offers a free forum for software developers of all levels to discuss topics across various programming languages, software design, methodologies, and improved development practices. Meetings are structured as group discussions that encourage active participation from all attendees. The group typically focuses on a selected section from a book or other media format, with topics nominated and chosen democratically to ensure the direction aligns with the collective desires of the membership. The group welcomes anyone who wishes to improve their skills, learn from shared experiences, or network with peers. Many members attribute their professional growth to this community, noting that they would not be the software developers they are today without it. The group serves as a supportive environment where members can share experiences and engage in meaningful conversations about their craft.
