Canberra Insight Meditation Group (CIMG)
The Canberra Insight Meditation Group (CIMG) is an affiliated local group supported by Sydney Insight Meditators (SIM). As part of a not-for-profit association dedicated to the practice of Insight Meditation, CIMG provides opportunities for regular practice within the community. The broader SIM organization supports various local groups and organizes a range of meditation retreats, workshops, and talks featuring both Australia-based and renowned overseas meditation teachers. Members and participants can engage with a variety of resources, including guided meditations and recordings, while accessing a network of sanghas across different regions to deepen their meditation practice.
