Newcastle Meditation Group

The Newcastle Meditation Group is one of several affiliated local groups supported by the Sydney Insight Meditators. As part of this not-for-profit association, the group provides a dedicated space and opportunity for individuals to engage in regular insight meditation practice. The parent organization, Sydney Insight Meditators, further supports its members and affiliated groups by organizing a variety of meditation retreats, workshops, and talks featuring both Australia-based and renowned overseas meditation teachers.
