Illawarra

The Illawarra group is an affiliated local sangha supported by Sydney Insight Meditators, a not-for-profit association dedicated to the practice of Insight Meditation. As part of a broader network of groups, it provides a local opportunity for individuals to engage in regular insight meditation practice. The parent organization, Sydney Insight Meditators, further enhances the community's experience by organizing various meditation retreats, workshops, and talks featuring both Australia-based and renowned overseas meditation teachers.
