Northern Beaches

The Northern Beaches group is an affiliated local community supported by Sydney Insight Meditators, a not-for-profit association dedicated to the practice of Insight Meditation. As part of a broader network of sanghas across the region, this group provides local residents with the opportunity for regular insight meditation practice. Through its connection with Sydney Insight Meditators, members have access to a wider range of resources, including meditation retreats, workshops, and talks featuring both Australia-based and renowned overseas meditation teachers.
