Aging Services
Aging Services in Oklahoma offers volunteer opportunities to help senior adults live independently.
Aging Services in Oklahoma is dedicated to promoting healthy independent living for senior adults through a variety of programs, services, and referrals. Volunteers play a critical role in this mission by delivering meals, assisting at congregate meal sites, taking photos, helping with fundraisers, and performing yard work for homebound seniors. The organization serves all of Cleveland County, meaning volunteers from surrounding areas such as Noble and Moore are welcome to participate. While there are no strict age restrictions for all roles, participants must be over 16 years old and must pass a background check. Additionally, a Food Handlers Certificate is required for some meal sites. For more information or to arrange volunteer opportunities, interested individuals can contact Hayley Garcia at 405-321-3200 or via email at [email protected]. The organization also welcomes volunteers from nearby counties to support their comprehensive services.
