YWCA St. Paul in Saint Paul offers Pilates Reformer classes for core strength and flexibility.

YWCA St. Paul in Saint Paul offers Pilates Reformer classes designed to improve spatial awareness, balance, whole-body strength, and flexibility through core-focused workouts that blend traditional reformer exercises with contemporary biomechanics. Two class levels are available: Restorative Reformer Essentials for those new to the practice, meeting Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m., Wednesdays at noon, and Thursdays at 11 a.m., and Restorative Reformer Experienced for participants with previous Pilates Reformer experience, meeting Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Wednesdays at 9:15 a.m. Classes operate on a drop-in basis with pay-as-you-go passes or discounted class packs that allow spot reservations. New attendees should arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration at the Member Services Desk, and those new to Pilates at YWCA are encouraged to contact the instructors at [email protected] before registering. YWCA program participants receive a discounted rate. The Health & Fitness Center membership is not required for specialty class registration.
