EcoSteward is a volunteering group in Saint Paul protecting local natural areas.

EcoSteward offers opportunities for individuals and small groups in Saint Paul to get involved in preserving, protecting, and restoring natural areas and vital ecosystems. Participants can adopt a parcel of land in the Como Woodland Outdoor Classroom located within Como Regional Park. This program is designed to accommodate volunteers who require a flexible schedule, allowing them to care for their adopted parcel of land on their own time. As part of Saint Paul Natural Resources, which is a section of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation, EcoSteward provides a meaningful way to contribute to local environmental health. Whether working independently or with small groups, volunteers help maintain the ecological significance of community green spaces. The program connects community members with hands-on nature conservation efforts in public parks.
